The fire brigade prevented the flames from spreading to an attached residential building, the police said on Sunday.
The residents took themselves to safety.
Nobody got hurt.
The heat of the fire damaged other houses in the densely built-up residential area, according to the police.
The fire brigade was on duty with 60 men on Saturday afternoon.
The damage was estimated at more than 100,000 euros.
The cause of fire was unclear for the moment.
