Essen (AP) - With a lot of effort, the handball players of the SC DHfK Leipzig celebrated the fifth away win in this Bundesliga season.

At the table penultimate TUSEM Essen, the team of coach André Haber won on Saturday evening despite a poor performance with 26:24 (13:11).

As the best thrower in Leipzig, right winger Lucas Krzikalla distinguished himself with nine goals.

The favored guests initially had a hard time on the offensive, but gained a narrow lead until the break.

In the second round, Essen first turned the game, but with four goals in a row, the Leipzig team defeated at 21:18.

However, this tour did not give them any more security.

The hosts didn't give up and equalized at 24:24 just two minutes before the end.

Luca Witzke and Krizkalla then ensured the victory of the SC DHfK.
