Amid the current popular uprising to defend Jerusalem in the face of Israeli attacks, activists recycled an old tweet by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who said that the biggest obstacle to peace is public opinion in the Arab street.
Activists released the tag "I am an obstacle", expressing their pride that Arab public opinion is an obstacle to Netanyahu's policies and occupation practices in which they do not see peace.
The tag came after other hashtags topped in recent days in solidarity with the Palestinian people, especially the Jerusalemites, among them, "Save the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood," and "Palestine is my cause."
Activists published their tweets through the tag "I am an obstacle", stressing the power of public opinion in changing the fate of peoples and defending their rights.
