Berlin / Saarbrücken (dpa / lrs) - In Saarland, another 182 infections with the corona virus were registered within one day.
This is based on data from the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) on Sunday (as of 3.12 a.m.).
The day before there were 167 new cases.
The nationwide seven-day incidence, i.e. the number of new infections per 100,000 inhabitants within a week, rose to 109.2 from 106.3 the previous day.
Last Sunday, the nationwide seven-day incidence was 144.7.
Since the beginning of the pandemic - unchanged on Sunday - 967 deaths in connection with Covid-19 have been registered in Saarland - as well as a total of 38,744 cases of infection.
Among the regions, the Saarbrücken regional association had the highest incidence with 124.1.
The value was lowest in the St. Wendel district at 65.5.
