Landshut (dpa) - For fans of the ARD series “Um Himmels Willen” there is a consolation after the broadcast of the very last episode on June 15: You can visit familiar filming locations in Landshut on a digital city walk.

Janina Hartwig leads through the medieval old town, who in the series as the monastery sister Hanna always clashes with Mayor Wöller (Fritz Wepper).

She was there for around 15 years.

Landshut is like a second home for her, said the 59-year-old on Saturday when filming the digital tour, which the city plans to make available on its website from June 16.

"My heart opens up and I enjoy being able to tell what I love about Landshut here," Hartwig explained.

"I have learned to totally love the city."

After around 15 years, she knows almost every corner - and of course the people.

Her favorite places are the alleys with the many small shops, the cafes and the town hall with the neo-Gothic facade, where Mayor Wöller resides and forges his intrigues.

The Lower Bavarian city on the Isar is also known for Trausnitz Castle and for the Martinskirche, the tallest brick tower in the world according to the city.
