08 May 2021 The number of vaccinations administered in Italy reaches 23,349,402, according to data released by the Ministry of Health and updated at 17.27 today, Saturday 8 May 2021. Vaccine inoculated to 13,204,015 women and 10,145,387 men.

The total number of people vaccinated (who were given the first and second doses), on the other hand, is 7,155,712.



The largest number of recipients is represented by Over 80 (6,560,495), followed by Fragile Subjects and Caregivers (4,196,674), Group 70-79 (3,644,403), Healthcare and social and health workers (3,312,304), Group 60 -69 (1.889.723), school personnel (1.221.853), non-medical personnel (917.229), guests of residential structures (670.167), from the category "Other" (581.853) and Defense and Security Sector (354.701).



The regions with the highest percentage of administrations compared to the endowment are Liguria (91.6%), Veneto (90.7%), Marche (90.2%), the one with the lowest percentage is Sicily


(78.3%) .
