The officials wanted to determine the personal details of several people from a gathering of people because of violations of the Corona Control Ordinance, the police said.
A woman did not want to identify herself, so she should be searched for identification documents.
A man then interfered and tried to prevent the search.
He was finally brought to the ground and restrained by the officers.
The police took the man to the office where a blood sample was taken.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated against him for resisting law enforcement officers.
Both the man and a police officer were slightly injured during the operation.
