According to the police, in the cabin of the minibus, which was traveling from the Kirovsky district of Volgograd, there was a conflict between a drunk man and two young people.
It is reported that the drunk man went out into the street and fired a traumatic pistol and wounded the young man in the buttock.
“The attacker also fired several shots at the departing minibus and fled before the arrival of the police,” the department said.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs added that "a search is underway for him, and the issue of initiating a criminal case is being resolved."
