The Soko LinX of the State Criminal Police Office published the picture of a young man on Friday.
The wanted man threw a pyrotechnic object at police officers.
The firecracker jumped away from the police before the explosion, so that no one was injured.
The Soko is investigating assault on law enforcement officers and attempted dangerous bodily harm.
