President Moon Jae-in submitted a request for a personnel hearing to the National Assembly on the afternoon of the 7th.
According to the Personnel Hearing Act, the National Assembly must complete the hearing process within 20 days of receiving the request.
In the case of Candidate Kim, the personnel hearing report must be sent by the 26th.
Earlier, on the 3rd, at the request of Justice Minister Park Bum-gye, President Moon nominated Kim as a candidate for the prosecution.
