Belarus has prepared retaliatory sanctions against the West

These measures are now, indeed, worked out, we will wait for the further situation, which decisions will be reached by the partners in the West, ”he said.

It is noted that restrictions may affect the work of European business in Belarus.

Separately, Makei added that possible retaliatory measures will not affect the economic development of the country and the welfare of ordinary citizens.

Earlier, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko instructed to provide data on the largest European projects and enterprises in Belarus to assess their work against the background of the sanctions imposed by the European Union against the republic.
