Wolfenbüttel (dpa / lni) - Two bombs were rendered harmless on Thursday in the Wolfenbüttel district.
"The controlled detonation of the bombs in the Germarkung Salzdahlum went without complications," said the police on Twitter.
Affected roads and dirt roads were released again.
The duds had been found during exploratory operations by the ordnance disposal service in the Feldmark west of Salzdahlum.
An evacuation was not necessary for the demolition.
