There have been a series of incidents in which a man who illegally landed in Taiwan by crossing the sea on a rubber boat from China was found, and the Taiwanese authorities have decided to investigate their motives and backgrounds in detail.

The Coast Guard Administration, Executive Yuan, has secured the identity of a Chinese man who illegally landed on the coast of Kinmen Island near mainland China on the 4th.

The man says he crossed the sea on a hand-held rubber boat from an island in Fujian, China, a few kilometers away.

In Taiwan, a Chinese man who illegally landed at a port in Taichung, central China, was found on the 30th of last month, and police and others who received a report from the residents have secured their identities.

The man stated that he had crossed the Taiwan Strait in an engine-powered inflatable raft from Fujian, about 200 kilometers away, but Taiwan Navy executives said, judging by the amount of fuel he had prepared. It is unlikely that it came directly from Fujian Province.

Two cases of Chinese stowaways to Taiwan on rubber boats have been revealed in the past week, and of these, the case in Taichung has been allowed to land without being found by the guarding military or the Coast Guard Administration. I'm sure there was a fault. "

Taiwanese authorities have decided to investigate the motives and background of the two men in detail.
