Frankfurt / Main (dpa) - The newcomer Auto1 moves into the small value index SDax.
The online used car dealer will be included for the leasing specialist Grenke on May 10, as the index provider, the Deutsche Börse subsidiary Qontigo, announced on Wednesday evening.
Auto1 went public at the beginning of February, but is already seen by experts as an MDax candidate due to its high market capitalization.
Grenke had violated "basic criteria", it said in the message.
It is about the regulations for the publication of audited annual reports.
The company is currently undergoing special audits after Grenke's accounting was criticized.
At the end of April, the management announced the conclusion.
The financial supervisory authority Bafin also let the group's figures shine through.
Results are not yet available.
Grenke intends to present fully audited figures on May 21 and, along with the annual report, will also report on the in-depth investigation by the regular auditor KPMG.
However, this is too late for maintaining the index listing.
