Hanover (dpa / lni) - Lower Saxony strives to vaccinate schoolchildren quickly against the corona virus.
"I am interested in drawing 12 to 18-year-olds quickly into the vaccination campaign," said Health Minister Daniela Behrens (SPD) on Thursday in Hanover.
In total there are around 450,000 young people.
The manufacturer Biontech / Pfizer has already applied for approval of its vaccine for children and adolescents between the ages of 12 and 15 in the USA and Europe.
