After the departure of the mayor of Toulon, it is Christian Estrosi's turn to break with his political family.

The mayor of Nice announces it in

Le Figaro

The former president of the PACA region did not support the Republicans' reaction to the agreement between Renaud Muselier and Emmanuel Macron's camp for the June regional ones.

Christian Estrosi had worked for this agreement intended to block the National Rally.

His departure is another thunderclap for LR.

His departure from LR is the last shock after the blow attempted by Emmanuel Macron.

With the agreement between En Marche and the president of the PACA region Renaud Muselier, the head of state achieved his goal: once again to weaken Les Républicains.
