Two of the ministerial candidates who have completed the National Assembly personnel hearing have been appointed as ministers. However, for the other three, the adoption of the hearing report continues to be difficult as the power of the people opposes it. Among them, some of the ruling party have negative opinions on candidate Lim Hye-sook, Minister of Science and Technology, who is suspicious of a business trip to Foreign Affairs.

In response to opposition's opposition, the Democratic Party also refrained from adopting the report by itself.

Inside the party, voices were cautious that it could be difficult to protect all three members.
In particular, there was great concern over the candidate Lim Hye-sook, the Minister of Science and Technology, who was ranked first by the opposition party, including the suspicion of multiple nationalities and disguised transfer of children.
One Democratic Party member who participated in the hearing of Candidate Lim told SBS reporter, "I cannot see candidate Lim as eligible."
An official from the Democratic Party said, "It is an internal atmosphere that it will be difficult to overdo it as candidate Lim is touching the public sentiment line because it is a child problem."
In the midst of this, the people's power decided to hold an emergency general meeting of parliamentarians, finalizing all three as'ineligible' and rejecting the adoption of the report.
