Kuleba stressed that he assesses a possible meeting between Putin and Biden from a diplomatic point of view. 

“I don’t see anything that runs counter to the interests of Ukraine, at least at this stage,” the minister added.

Earlier, the Kremlin noted that the meeting of the presidents could take place in June, however, Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that Washington's hostile steps towards Moscow make it difficult to analyze the situation for making a decision on the summit.

On April 13, a telephone conversation took place between the leaders of the United States and Russia, during which Biden invited Putin to meet in a third country.
