Trump called the blocking of his social media accounts a shame for the United States

“What Facebook, Twitter and Google have done is an absolute shame for our country,” the text of the statement by ABC News quotes.

Trump noted that these social media companies "have to pay a political price" and "they should never again be allowed to disrupt" the electoral process.

Earlier, Facebook's independent oversight board decided to keep Trump's account blocked.

Twitch, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram have blocked Trump's accounts for various periods of time over his statements about the January 6 riots in Washington.
