The Houthi militia bombed the city of Marib with two ballistic missiles that fell in the Rawda neighborhood and one of the displacement camps, in conjunction with the presence of the Yemeni Prime Minister, Dr. Maeen Abdul-Malik in Marib, while the Yemeni army forces supported by tribes and Arab coalition fighters to support legitimacy managed yesterday to break the largest attack of the Houthi militia on Marib governorate during the current month of Ramadan, and it incurred great losses.

In detail, the fighting fronts in the governorates of Ma'rib and Al-Jawf witnessed violent battles yesterday between the Yemeni army forces and the tribes on the one hand, and the Houthi militia on the other hand, which extended from “Al-Jadafir in Al-Jawf” to “Maysarat Sarwah” west of Marib, during which the militias suffered great losses.

Field sources in Marib confirmed that the army and tribes backed by the Arab coalition managed to break a major attack launched by the Houthi militia on the Serwah front, west of Marib, indicating that the attack is the largest during the month of Ramadan, as the Houthis called the battle "early dawn."

The sources pointed out that the attack was thwarted and the Houthi plan thwarted through that battle that extended over all contact lines at Maysarat Sarwah, and that the army and the tribes, with the support of the coalition fighters, were able to convert the battle from defense to attack on Houthi positions.

The sources reported that a Houthi infiltration attempt had been thwarted towards the "police camp" northwest of the Al-Tala'a Al-Hamra in the Al-Mashjah front, where confrontations took place between the two sides and extended to the "Hamma Al-Hamra" area.

According to the sources, the army and tribes forces advanced from their positions in "Jebel Al Khashab" towards "Al Hamma Al Hamra", and continued their advance in "East Hailan Junction", which is now completely under fire control.

The sources indicated that the forces lured militia members into several ambushes, and incurred heavy losses in equipment, as 10 "Houthi" combat vehicles were destroyed and a number of militia members were killed.

After their failure to make progress towards the city of Ma'rib, the militias bombed the city with two ballistic missiles that landed in the Rawda neighborhood and one of the displacement camps, in conjunction with the presence of the Yemeni Prime Minister, Dr. Moein Abdul-Malik, in Marib.

Abdul-Malik had held a meeting in Marib that included a number of officials, governors and military leaders to discuss the field and military conditions on the battle fronts, and the government and popular support and continued support for the fateful battle against the Houthi militia.

He pointed out that supporting the battle of Marib is one of the government's priorities, and that the entire Yemeni community supports it, as the battle for Marib represents the main starting point towards liberating the rest of the territories under the control of the Houthis, including the capital, Sana'a.

On the other hand, informed sources in Marib said that the Houthi militia is looking for a truce on the outskirts of Marib so that it can restore its combat balance and carry out new mobilization operations, after its failure to enter Marib over the past four months.

The coalition fighters carried out a qualitative military operation yesterday evening, in the vicinity of Ma'rib and Al-Jawf, during which they were able to launch a series of specific and focused raids, which led to the destruction of ballistic missile launchers, fortifications, operating rooms, and Houthi reinforcements that were pushed through the transfer of the station in Nehm Sanaa. To the west of Ma'rib and east of Al-Jawf.

Field sources in Al-Jawf stated that the coalition fighters destroyed Houthi reinforcements that came from Sana'a through the desert of Wadi Saba, destroyed them and inflicted heavy losses on the Houthis, indicating that this coincided with the advance of the army and the tribes in the Al-Jadafar front, east of Al-Hazm, the capital of Al-Jawf Governorate.

The sources reported that the "Masjid" area near the Al-Labanat camp was liberated after a lightning attack by the army and tribes forces on militia sites in the area, which resulted in heavy losses among the Houthis.

In Hodeidah, on the western coast of Yemen, the joint forces monitored 80 new violations of the UN truce committed by the Houthi militia, including hostile operations against civilians in the city center of Al-Tuhayta, Hais and Al-Duraimi, and the 16th kilometer east of Hodeidah city, which was the bombing and targeting of homes and farms with various types of heavy and medium weapons.

Clashes between the tribes and the Houthis in "Zahir Al-Jawf"

Al-Zahir district in the Yemeni governorate of Al-Jawf witnessed clashes between tribesmen and the Houthi militia, in which medium and light weapons were used against the background of the killing of a tribal member at a militia “checkpoint”.

Local sources reported that clashes took place between the “Dhu Hussein” tribes and the Houthi militia at a Houthi checkpoint in the “Merikh” area located between the districts of “Al-Zahir and Al-Hamidat” west of Al-Jawf, after the killing of a member of the “Al Hamad” tribe, at the hands of Houthi elements in the point.

The sources indicated that the tribes launched an attack on the Houthis, leaving behind dead and wounded among their members, and took control of the inspection point and the Houthi vehicles that were in it.

This came a few hours after the militias failed to convince the Al-Jawf tribes to mobilize fighters, after holding a meeting with them in the government compound in the city of Al-Hazm, as the tribes refused the Houthi’s request, after many of their sons were killed in recent battles in the vicinity of Marib.
