In Cagliari, the Court of Appeal rejects as inadmissible the complaint of the ruling political leader Vito Crimi against the appointment of a "special curator" by the Court. The case is that of the starred regional councilor Carla Cuccu, expelled, who disputes the legitimacy of the decisions in the absence of a legitimate summit, after the vote on the Statute which prefigured a steering committee of 5 in place of the political leader. The M5S Association, he writes, "has no legal political representative nor a person entitled to administer and / or represent the Movement". The situation could "perhaps" be overcome by having the board of 5 elected (which Conte cannot apply for) but, here Casaleggio demonstrates that he is still interested in the fate of the Movement, "the Statute of the 5-star Movement Association still provides that every vote must be done on the Rousseau platform of the Rousseau Association ". However, it cannot be activated because the elected officials have not paid the amount due and therefore "Rousseau's staff is currently on layoffs".
