05 May 2021The G7 expresses "deep concern over Russia's irresponsible and destabilizing behavior" on various fronts, from Ukraine to cyber-attacks, from disinformation to human rights violations.

This is stated in the draft conclusions of the G7 of the London foreign ministers: "We reaffirm our interest in stable relations with Russia, and yet we will continue to strengthen our collective capacities and our partners to address and discourage the Russian behavior that threatens the rules of the international order ", he adds.

The G7 foreign ministers also denounce, in the final draft of the London meeting, "the violations of human rights and abuses" attributed to China against the Muslim Uyghurs of Xinjiang and Tibet, as well as recent acts that "fundamentally erode the elements Democrats of the electoral system in Hong Kong ".

They also affirm that they "strongly support" the access request of international inspectors from the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in Xinjiang for "independent" checks on the allegations on "political re-education camps, the forced labor system and the imposed sterilizations" .
