2016 - Can Dündar, editor-in-chief of the Turkish newspaper Cumhuriyet, is sentenced to almost six years in prison in Istanbul.
He had reported that the Turkish secret service was involved in arms deliveries for Islamists in Syria.
Dündar can leave the country in July.
