Berlin (dpa) - The Thuringian Prime Minister Bodo Ramelow (left) has criticized the regulation introduced by the federal government to make things easier for those who have been vaccinated and those who have recovered. There is no forgery-proof proof of vaccination. "This is a small, if not unimportant detail, because we need a clear instrument to prove the vaccination certificates and the test certificates as well as the status of the recovered so that it can also be checked," said Ramelow on Wednesday in the program "Frühstart" by RTL / ntv with a view to the elimination of exit restrictions and the necessary controls by the police. He hoped for a quick solution. "Otherwise it's a federal emergency brake and a federal mess - and in the end we have no improvement for everyone involved."

The black and red federal government paved the way for a quick decision in the Bundestag and Bundesrat on Tuesday to make things easier for those who have been completely vaccinated and those who have recovered.

If the Bundestag and Bundesrat agree on Thursday and Friday as planned, the easing could apply on Saturday.

Vaccinated and convalescent people could then meet with other vaccinated persons and would not be counted when meeting unvaccinated persons in family or friends.

After traveling, they do not have to be quarantined - unless they are coming from a virus variant area.
