For each protocol, companies face a fine of up to 4 million rubles, and in total they can be fined 20 million rubles, ”TASS quotes a representative of the judicial district of the magistrate No. 422 in Moscow, which received the corresponding administrative protocols against the companies.

They also noted that Twitter could be fined another 24 million rubles for refusing to delete prohibited information at the request of Roskomnadzor (RKN).
