Nordahl Lelandais admits having killed Arthur Noyer, but specifies that it happened accidentally.

During this second day, he returned to the course of that fatal night.

According to him, while he had hitchhiked out of a nightclub, it was Arthur Noyer who would have started a fight.

The victim allegedly accused the former soldier of having wanted to steal his cell phone, and gave him a first, then a second punch.

It was then that Nordahl Lelandais would have violently replied before realizing, once Arthur Noyer fell to the ground, that it was too late and that he had killed him.

The cardiac massages he claims to have given him will not change anything.

Nordahl Lelandais then explains, from the box of the accused: "

I drove without knowing where I was going by taking small roads to find a place where I could deposit the body

".

Then, he looks at the photo of his victim, brought to the hearing by the parents of Arhur Noyer and launches: "

I am sorry for your family, I am telling the truth

 ".
