Gundelfingen (dpa / lby) - In Swabia, a semitrailer truck tipped into the lake has been recovered.
Operating materials ran out of the tractor into the lake near Gundelfingen (district of Dillingen ad Donau) and contaminated it, as the police announced on Wednesday.
That is why the water management office was called in.
The incident itself reportedly occurred on Tuesday.
During work, the truck being driven by a 48-year-old had slipped and overturned on the shores of Lake Fetzer, so that the driver's cab was partially in the water.
The driver was rescued by first aiders and the emergency services.
