As the German Weather Service (DWD) reports, the storm gusts begin in the morning hours.
Storm and hurricane gusts at a speed of up to 120 kilometers per hour are expected on the Brocken into the night.
Even at lower altitudes, strong winds blow all day long, and occasional heavy gusts of up to 100 kilometers per hour can occur.
The sky remains cloudy and brings individual showers with maximum values between 13 and 15 degrees.
In the evening the wind and the shower let up a bit.
The night stays mostly dry with lows between 7 and 5 degrees.
In the Harz the temperatures can drop to 2 degrees.
It remains stormy on the Brocken.
