The CCTV images broadcast by the Mexican media are impressive.

We see an aerial walkway of the Mexico City metro suddenly collapsing, Tuesday, May 3, in the middle of the traffic of cars.

According to the authorities, this tragedy caused the death of 13 people and left 70 injured.

This accident happened near Olivos station, on metro line 12 in the south of the capital.

Local televisions showed dozens of firefighters and rescuers struggling through the night to extricate train passengers amid rubble, cables and twisted pieces of metal.
