Görlitz (dpa / sn) - A 50-year-old driver was killed on Tuesday in an accident on Autobahn 4 between Görlitz and Bautzen.
The man drove his car under a truck in front near the Weißenberg junction in the direction of Dresden, the police said.
He died of his serious injuries at the scene of the accident.
The 31-year-old truck driver was uninjured.
How the accident could have happened was initially completely unclear.
The autobahn was closed to Dresden after the accident.
