Leipzig (dpa) - The SC DHfK Leipzig has tied two other service providers to itself.
As the handball Bundesliga team announced on Tuesday, the Croatian international Marko Mamic and the aspiring German goalkeeper Joel Birlehm have extended their contracts, which originally ran until 2022, ahead of time.
Birlehm signed a new contract with the trade fair city until 2024, EM silver medalist Marko Mamic will stay with the club until 2025.
Mamic is the best defender in the league this season with 33 blocked throws, Birlehm is the best goalkeeper in the Bundesliga with a rate of 31.5 percent of throws held.
