The report says that "the above actions of the servicemen of the Republic of Tajikistan testify to a pre-planned provocation and aggression against the sovereignty and integrity of Kyrgyzstan."

"The actions of the military personnel of Tajikistan provide for planning, preparing for armed aggression, unleashing it, participating in it, waging an aggressive war in violation of international treaties and agreements," the message says.

It is noted that the investigation of this case was entrusted to an interdepartmental investigation group from among the employees of the State Committee for National Security, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the military prosecutor's office of Kyrgyzstan.
