Rüdesheim (dpa / lrs) - Two boys threw stones at cars from a bridge over the federal highway 41 - and, among other things, put a woman driver in danger.
A stone described as the size of a fist hit the windshield of the woman's car, said the police in Bad Kreuznach.
The car was damaged.
The incident occurred on Monday afternoon in the Roxheim / Rüdesheim area (Bad Kreuznach district).
According to the woman who got away with the horror, the roughly 13-year-old boys ran away after the stone hit.
In the past few days, the police station had been informed twice about two suspicious children or young people in the same area of the B41, it said.
In these cases, the witnesses feared that objects could be thrown onto the roadway.
The Bad Kreuznach police station asks for information from the population.
