This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the court.

"Consideration of the claim of the prosecutor's office against FBK and others is scheduled for May 17, at 10:00," the court said.

The hearings are scheduled behind closed doors, as some of the materials submitted to the court have been classified as "classified".

Earlier, the Moscow City Court, at the request of the prosecutor's office, restricted the work of the FBK as part of a claim to recognize the organization as extremist.

On April 16, the Moscow prosecutor's office sent a lawsuit to the court to recognize the FBK as an extremist organization, this also applies to the organizations of the FZPG and Navalny's Headquarters.
