Wesel (dpa / lnw) - A 36-year-old man is suspected of having photographed and filmed the rescue of those involved in the accident after a serious traffic accident on the B58 near Wesel on the Lower Rhine.
According to the police, the cell phone of the dungeon was seized.
A criminal case awaits him.
In the accident on Thursday morning, a 35-year-old collided head-on with the car of a 54-year-old while overtaking.
The 35-year-old from Wesel, who allegedly drove under the influence of narcotics, was trapped in his vehicle and seriously injured.
He had to be freed from his car by the rescue workers.
The 54-year-old was also injured in a hospital.
The 36-year-old is said to have captured the rescue of the injured with the cell phone.
