Freiburg (dpa / lsw) - The judgments against a prisoner and a former judicial officer for drug trafficking in the Freiburg prison are final.
The Freiburg regional court announced on Thursday that no appeals had been lodged (Ref .: 15 KLs 620 Js 33188/19).
On April 9, the court sentenced the woman to two years and three months 'imprisonment for bribery and aiding in drug trafficking, and sentenced the 33-year-old prisoner to two and a half years' imprisonment for bribery and drug trafficking, among other things.
The chamber considered it proven that the officer had smuggled narcotics and prohibited items such as cell phones into the prison twice for 1000 and 1500 euros respectively.
The 33-year-old, in turn, traded drugs behind bars.
His brother was also sentenced to a sum of 1,500 euros.
He is said to have handed over the drugs and the phones to the officer.
The group was blown after the acts in 2018 and 2019.
