“There are no plans to impose restrictions on the work of catering and trade, entrepreneurs themselves determine their work schedule during these May non-working days and holidays,” he said.

During the May holidays, 77.5% of Russians will prefer active recreation, involving sports, follows from a survey conducted by Ingosstrakh.

According to 33.5% of those surveyed, they prefer outdoor activity, 13% intend to go to the gym, and 15.5% will choose quiet types of fitness, including yoga and stretching exercises.

38% of respondents intend to sleep on holidays, 62% prefer to spend the weekend with health benefits.

Cycling turned out to be the most popular type of outdoor activity - 32.5% of Russians chose them.

This is followed by running (27%), football (17%) and exercise (16.5%).
