Munich (dpa / lby) - At the tennis tournament in Munich today, at least one German tennis professional will follow top favorite Alexander Zverev into the quarter-finals.
Because in the second round there is a duel between Davis Cup player Jan-Lennard Struff and Dominik Koepfer.
Before that, Yannick Hanfmann will open the day of the tournament on the Center Court at 11.00 am. The 29-year-old local hero is an outsider against Filip Krajinovic, who was seeded fourth.
Number one seeded Zverev defeated Ricardas Berankis from Lithuania in two sets in his opening game at the BMW Open on Wednesday.
The 2020 US Open finalist will run again on Friday.
