Bad Schwalbach (dpa / lhe) - A 14-year-old girl was attacked and injured by an adult man in Taunusstein (Rheingau-Taunus district).
The schoolgirl got off a bus on Tuesday evening with her two siblings aged two and twelve, the police said on Wednesday.
The perpetrator left the bus at the same stop.
According to initial investigations, the man started a quarrel on “vain” reasons.
Then he yelled at the children and gave the girl a headbutt.
She suffered injuries to her face.
A 64-year-old was identified as a suspect.
The police are now looking for a witness who is said to have offered help to the children.
