Forchtenberg (dpa / lsw) - A 74-year-old motorist had a fatal accident in Forchtenberg (Hohenlohekreis) after initial findings indicate that he disregarded the right of way of a 58-year-old.
The two cars collided.
The senior was so seriously injured on Wednesday afternoon that he died a few hours later in the hospital, as the Heilbronn police headquarters announced.
His co-driver was brought to a special clinic by rescue helicopter.
The 58-year-old was slightly injured.
According to the police, the 74-year-old disregarded the 58-year-old's right of way when turning.
