The ferry runs between Vikbolandet and Kolmården and has in recent years been affected by a number of operational disruptions.
As recently as October last year, SVT Nyheter Öst reported that the Skenäs ferry was suspended for three weeks.
Today, the Swedish Transport Administration states on its website that the tours are canceled from 18.00 29 April to 06.30 1 May.
