Munich (AP) - FC Bayern is fighting today, Wednesday (8.45 p.m. / Magentasport) against being eliminated in the playoff quarter-finals of the basketball Euroleague.
The team of head coach Andrea Trinchieri welcomes Olimpia Milan - after two defeats so far, only one victory helps the Munich team not to be eliminated in the best-of-five series.
"Nobody wants to fly 3-0 out here," said Paul Zipser.
The national player had reached the knockout phase in the European elite league with the Munich team as the first German team.
Last week, the defeat in the first game against Milan was particularly bitter when outsiders gave Bayern a 19-point lead.
