Hamburg (dpa / lno) - The number of corona infections detected in Hamburg increased by 210 on Tuesday.
That is 22 fewer cases than on Monday and 17 fewer than on Tuesday a week ago.
The seven-day incidence, i.e. the number of new infections per 100,000 inhabitants within 7 days, fell from 115.2 to 114.3, as the health authority announced.
A week ago it was 134.4.
The number of people who died from or in connection with Corona in Hamburg was given by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) as 1467 - 6 more than the day before.
According to the health authorities, 70,919 Hamburg residents have been infected with Sars-CoV-2 since the outbreak of the pandemic;
According to the RKI, 61,800 of them are now considered recovered.
According to the health authority, 306 Covid 19 patients were treated in Hamburg's hospitals as of Monday, 11 more than on Friday.
The number of patients in intensive care units rose by one to 114 from Friday to Monday.

According to the RKI, a total of 567 514 vaccine doses were administered in Hamburg up to and including Monday.
452 952 people received a first vaccination and 114 562 a second vaccination.
This corresponds to a rate of 24.5 percent for the first and 6.2 percent for the second vaccinations.
Nationwide, the vaccination rate is 23.9 and 7.3 percent, respectively.
