After the completion of the forecourt of the Matabiau station at the beginning of last year, and while the demolition work on the buildings on avenue de Lyon continues, a new section of the future Toulouse district of Grand Matabiau has just been unveiled .

This 13,000 m² office project is located behind Raynal station, at the crossroads of Chemin du Raisin and future Rue Raynal.

To carry out this program on the former premises of Sernam, the SNCF's urban planning subsidiary, “Railways”, selected the project led by GA Smart Building associated with the architect François Leclercq.

On this 28,000 m² plot, we will find in addition to office buildings, three small apartment buildings whose first building permits should be filed in June, for delivery in mid 2023.

Detachable silo car park with 260 spaces
