Buchloe (dpa / lby) - A 15-year-old came to school in Buchloe (Ostallgäu district) with an airsoft gun.

The school principal saw the student in a classroom with the deceptively real-looking air pistol and took it from him, the police said on Monday.

During a review after the incident on Friday, officials found that you do not need a permit for this.

However, because they look very similar to real weapons, such airsoft pistols are regarded as “apparent weapons”.

Carrying these with you in public is considered an administrative offense.

The weapon was secured, the student reported.
