Berlin (dpa / bb) - Because they are said to have defrauded customers in financial transactions by a total of around 800,000 euros, three men are coming to the Berlin-Tiergarten district court as of today.
Two of the 34 to 62 year olds are said to have performed for one company each.
In one case, they had fraudulently offered a customer the prospect of arranging a loan for EUR 20 million and accepted a fee of EUR 260,000.
In other cases, they would have embezzled a customer's income from financial transactions.
The third defendant, who worked for one of the cheated people, was involved in the investigation, according to the investigation.
