The 25- to 35-year-olds are said to have fired several shots at a man.
The background was disputes between the parties involved.
According to the indictment, the attacked person was initially attacked with a baseball bat during the conflict in September 2020.
Then he was shot at with a pistol.
The man who took cover between parked cars was grazed by a gunshot.
The charges include attempted manslaughter.
