April 26, 2021 The State Police of L'Aquila, with the coordination of the Central Operational Service of the State Police, is carrying out numerous precautionary measures in prison and searches against foreign citizens in 14 Italian provinces, under investigation for mafia-type criminal association and believed to be members of the Nigerian mafia organization called Black Ax, aimed at committing numerous crimes including drug trafficking, illegal immigration, exploitation of prostitution, romantic scams, computer scams and money laundering also through the purchase and sale of bitcoins, for a total of almost 100 charges.



Further details will be provided during the press conference to be held at 11.00 am at the L'Aquila Police Headquarters, in the presence of the Chief Prosecutor, Dr. Michele Renzo, and the Central Anti-Crime Director, Prefect Francesco Messina.
