Menschenbach (dpa / lby) - unknown thieves stole a Jesus figure from a chapel in Upper Franconia.
The figure in the prayer room in Leutenbach (Forchheim district) was screwed into the wall, the perpetrators must have pulled it out, the police said on Monday.
The investigators assume that the perpetrators want to sell them.
The figure represents Jesus in a white robe, with a red cloak, a gold crown and a blue globe in his hand. It must have been stolen between April 18th and 25th.
