China News Service, Beijing, April 26 (Reporter Zhang Su Liang Xiaohui) The second deliberation draft of the Military Status and Rights Protection Law submitted to the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress for deliberation on the 26th adds that the legal rights and interests of female soldiers are protected by law.
The draft proposes that the military should reasonably arrange the tasks, rest and vacation of female soldiers in accordance with the characteristics of female soldiers, and provide them with special protection in terms of childbirth and health.
